The Group is also a signatory of the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP), pledging to adopt fair and progressive human resource practices and providing a harmonious and inclusive work environment for our diverse workforce, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age and gender. Our employee retention strategy focuses on training, career development and employee engagement. We also have a grievances mechanism in place for employees to report incidents without fear of reprisal, discrimination or other consequences.

Blood Donation Drive
Blood donation is a vital act of charity that can save lives. At Dyna-Mac, we organise regular blood donation drives in collaboration with local hospitals and blood banks. Our employees are encouraged to participate, and we extend the invitation to our clients, subcontractor partners and the Union as well. By donating blood, we help to ensure a stable blood supply for patients in need of transfusions.

Donation to Charity Homes and Religious Organizations
We believe in supporting vulnerable members of society, including children, the elderly, and individuals facing hardship, as well as promoting cultural and religious diversity. Dyna-Mac regularly donates funds, goods, and resources to charity homes and religious organisations in our community. These donations help provide essential necessities such as food, clothing, shelter, and healthcare to those in need and fund community outreach programs. Additionally, our employees are engaged in volunteering activities at these charity homes, which helps foster a culture of compassion and empathy in the organisation.

Distribution of Dates During Ramadan
During the holy month of Ramadan, Dyna-Mac ensures that our Muslim workers are supported in their religious observance by distributing dates to them. Dates are traditionally eaten to break the fast (Iftar) at sunset, providing essential nutrients and energy after a day of fasting. By providing dates to our Muslim workers, we show respect for their religious practices and help facilitate a comfortable and meaningful Ramadan experience for them.

Ayudha Puja for Hindu Workers
To honour and support our Hindu employees’ religious practices, Dyna-Mac organises puja within the workplace annually. It provides an opportunity for Hindu employees to observe their religious rituals and seek blessings for safety, prosperity and success. By facilitating pujas at the workplace, we promote inclusivity and respect for diverse religious beliefs among our workforce.

We believe that promoting physical and mental well-being among our employees is essential for a productive and fulfilling work environment. To support this, we offer a range of employee wellness programmes designed to enhance overall health and quality of life. Some of the wellness initiatives we provide include:
